Quick and in a Flash.

This morning’s spin class…packed! It gave me so much energy to see all of those booties in those seats this morning. We did a power packed playlist which included climbing lots of hills with resistance and some bursts of sprints…
I am loving this song right now and I think it will be adding to my spinning playlist soon and very soon. Hotness.
After class I decided to squeeze in a 5 mile run at an easy 9 minute pace. I love running after teaching spin class because my legs are already warmed up and ready to go!
I am going to miss my lovely spinners…I will be taking the next two weeks off since I am tapering and then off to DC for the marathon! 11 days and counting…WOOT!!
Afterwards I showered and then made a tasty lunch to bring to the 9 to 5. I love lunches I can whip up real quick and in a flash…made a salad with baby kale, ‘maters, feta cheese and some chickpeas. Topped it with a little dash of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder and some pepper on top. Boom. Done making lunch in less than 5 minutes. Tasty and easy to boot!
Tonight I am looking fwd to some more QT time with boyfriend before he goes off to Houston for the weekend for work…apparently he is taking me on a hot to trot date. Love the enthusiasm here.
Then tomorrow is GNO with my girls and this weekend a pumpkin carving party! I am jump up in the air excited for the next few days to come…hurry up work week!

What is your quick and in a flash lunch you like to make to take with you to work?  Have you ever carved a pumpkin? (I am scared I am going to cut myself) Any songs you think I should add to my spinning playlist?! I am ALWAYS looking for hot music!

    LOVE pumpkin carving. Funkins too – you can save your hard work. My brother is an artist and smokes me all the time, not fair:)

  2. 11 days! Woop woop woop! You make me wish I was running a fall marathon! Ha! Wait hold up, have you never carved a pumpkin before?!
