Hello and Happy Friday! Hope you are having a great day so far. First off I wanted to say thanks to all of you for your recommendations on blenders to check out! I couldn’t go another day without my smoothies (yes I know it hardly has been 24 hours) so I went and bought this one last night. Thanks Laura for the recommendation!!
$15 for a blender that you can pick up and take with you. Can’t go wrong with that.

I made this concoction this morning with mangoes, strawberries, pineapples, chai green tea, vanilla Chobani, ice and honey. In love. It was so nice to just take it and go!

Let’s talk about what else I am loving on this week.
Yoga poses for runners – love this post on some post run yoga stretches for runners. My favorite post run yoga stretch has to be the half pigeon and any really hip opening stretches. They do wonders and I do them after EVERY run and spin class. That’s crucial business right there.
Coffee beans and candles – I love the idea of mixing coffee beans and vanilla candles. The smell of coffee just makes me light up. What better way to combine my love for candles and coffee than to put them together? Genius.

Rihanna’s new fragrance – The boyfriend bought me this collection for Christmas and I am loving it. I just love her really. Serious girl crushing going on.
Colorful knit scarves – I want this chunky knit scarf. Great way to perk up a drab outfit and keeps you warm at the same time.

Heart balloons – Can I have a party and just put these balloons everywhere? You are all invited.

PB Fruit Dip – Can’t wait to make this. Anything with greek yogurt is just my jam right now. This weekend, it’s happening.

Stackable bracelets – I saw a friend of mine rock some pretty bracelets like this last night and they were so cute. I need some stackable cute bracelets, STAT.

This video from back when I first started training with the Luke’s Locker program. Still makes me all nostalgic. My very first half marathon…yes that was 12 half marathons ago. I still get all teary eyed thinking about it. Memories.
What are you loving this week? Any new snacks or smoothie recipes? What is your favorite fragrance?
What are you doing this weekend?
Running, brunching, and girls night out-ing.
I am pretty impressed at how cheap a blender can be, i got mine for about the same price. also infinity scarves are my favorite!!!
They are so cozy! I wish I could curl up in my infinity scarf.
Love all the goods! I literally have been living in scarves recently. They keep me so warm and spice up my outfits. That’s great that you do yoga so much. After your cardio, do you do yoga on the gym mats or at home? I sometimes forget to include stretching at the end of my workouts and want to get better about it!
I usually do them at home in my living room esp after a run! I also do them at the gym after my spin classes. Wherever I can get it in really! Those hip openers are awesome if you do a lot of cardio. Prevents injuries for sure.
Oh, wow. That is a cheap blender!! I think I might have to get one for myself. Thanks — now I will be spending more money I probably don’t need to be spending. HAHA
I”m digging the arm candy.
I’m doing laundry/cleaning, trail running and spending time with the family. 🙂
Have a wonderful weekend.
I love trail running! Enjoy it. 🙂
I’m loving all the goods!! We have another snowboard saturday & snowshoe sunday planned, so I’m pretty excited for the weekend!
Sounds like a snowy good time!! Enjoy!
I too picked up a bargain-blender recently! £9.99 and it works perfectly.
