It’s Friday! AND the first of the month! Who wants to do the Friday dance with me? This guy does…
I am definitely ready for the weekend. Some laid back running with my buds, catching up with my girls, and letting my hair down! Plenty of reasons to celebrate.

–Chevron bic bands. I have a few of these and they are great for working out or running. I even wear them when I teach spin classes…and how awesome is that pattern? Gotta have it.
–This write up about my honey who made front page news after rocking his basketball game in Houston last night. Can we say star of the show, Mr. Harris?

Your compression socks are very festive. Do you have a lot of seasonally themed ones? I think my favorite workout this week was pushing massive mounds of snow with my kindergartens to make a snow fort. It was a great workout and we had loads of fun too.
Actually this is my first real pair of seasonally themed socks! Snow fort sounds so cool – I want one! Have a great weekend!!

Yesterday, the dude and I went to a Home&Garden Expo then walked around downtown for an impromptu pub crawl…the night ended in Pizza and Zero Dark Thirty!!! Favorite thing this week: yesterday. haha
