Halloween Ride- Weds Spin Playlist.

This week’s ride is centered around some of my favorites with some Halloween-ish tracks sprinkled in there. We start off with lots of intensity and end it with bumps and jumps in the back half!

Can we talk about how much I love this crazy song? Way too much. I saw it on Dancing with the Stars the other day and now I’m completely obsessed.

  1. Holy moly, I actually know the songs on your playlist for once!! I must be getting more hip & with it 🙂

    I like riding my bike on the trainer in the basement, but maybe an actual spin class would be nice for a change…I’ll ave to get Michelle to find a class for us.

  2. favorite post workout drink is a smoothie. Either coffee flavored (coffee, chocolate protein powder, banana, almond milk, ice) OR green (almond milk, vanilla protein powder, spinach, banana, ice).
