After teaching spin I set out for an easy 4 miles this morning. Temps have finally dipped down to the 30s (AKA the best running weather EVER) so you know I had to go get my run on.
I love when it’s so chilly out you can feel it in your bones. I seriously wanted to run a few more miles but I knew I had to hot tail it to work and teach another class this evening. Oh yes, it is my Wacky Wednesday and I love it.
Here’s this week’s cycle playlist! Lots of moves and grooves in this one plus some throwbacks. My Monday morning class loves the oldies so I hope to be incorporating more soulful jams into the mix.

OH YES…Pumpin Blood and What Goes Around? I would be KILLING it in your class!
Oh I know you would, girl! 🙂
I ran in the cold yesterday- 4 miles (but for me, this is my longest run yet! I can’t wait till I can say I ran an ‘easy’ 4 miler!). I absolutely hate the cold, and run better in the warmer temps. However, yesterday was in the 30’s and I rather enjoyed it! I might be turning over a new leaf … 🙂
Nice job on your run and longest run yet! That’s so awesome!! I am glad you are moving over to the dark (cold) side 😉
You are AMAZING! I love running in clear, cold weather as well!
Thanks lady and back atcha 🙂 Yes all about the clear and cold! As long as there’s no ice which is a rarity in TX I’m good to go!
jesus so many great songs!!!!
🙂 glad you like!
AMAZING view! No wonder you wanted to keep running!
It was quite gorgeous!! I really felt like I could have kept going! Gosh darn it this job and paying bills business lol
Lol I know!! I keep telling my mom, being a grown up sucks haha!
I totally did my own spin workout this morning and it was awesome! Going to copy this one down for Friday 🙂
Nice! Let me know how the Friday spin goes!!
The title of this post made me t hink of one of my fav songs Tiesto – “feel it in my bones” – http://www25.zippyshare.com/v/98590817/file.html its pretty much your theme song to this post 🙂 I enjoy temps in the 40’s!
Oh yeah I like that track! That would be a good one for spin too!
It is getting rather frosy there? It must be pretty dark on your runs.
Sorry, not a question, a comment. Mal punctuation.
LOL…well I started that run at 7 am so it wasn’t dark at all 🙂
NONONO….YESYESYES! Great mix!!!
I got that song from you Steve!! Thx! 🙂
Beautiful picture. I feel like I could sit in that sunbeam all day!
I definitely wish I could have!
What a great workout. Oh it feels so brisk out here but I prefer cold weather v humid.
My ideal temps for running are probably late spring and fall. It’s not too cold and it’s not too hot. 🙂
Yes! I dig the mild temps too.
