You Can Feel It in Your Bones and Weds Spin Playlist.

After teaching spin I set out for an easy 4 miles this morning. Temps have finally dipped down to the 30s (AKA the best running weather EVER) so you know I had to go get my run on.

I love when it’s so chilly out you can feel it in your bones. I seriously wanted to run a few more miles but I knew I had to hot tail it to work and teach another class this evening. Oh yes, it is my Wacky Wednesday and I love it.
Here’s this week’s cycle playlist! Lots of moves and grooves in this one plus some throwbacks. My Monday morning class loves the oldies so I hope to be incorporating more soulful jams into the mix.
Pumpin Blood- NONONO: Warm up
Scream- Usher: Standing run
Have Some Fun- Pitbull feat The Wanted & Afrojack: Climbing jumps 6/7/8
Used To (Clean)- 2 Chainz: Sprints

  1. I ran in the cold yesterday- 4 miles (but for me, this is my longest run yet! I can’t wait till I can say I ran an ‘easy’ 4 miler!). I absolutely hate the cold, and run better in the warmer temps. However, yesterday was in the 30’s and I rather enjoyed it! I might be turning over a new leaf … 🙂
