Love some of the oldies. Today in the workout class I went to, it was 90s day. Can’t go wrong with that era 🙂
Sweet! Love 90s!!

Yes…a lot of them are on youtube!! Enjoy!
Welcome back…benn wondering where you’ve gone MIA to…but glad to see you’re back
I love that I was missed haha! Miss u too and time to go hit up your blog!!
I was wondering where the heck you were!!! I think we all were. I almost called in a search party… Glad you’re back.
Well geez it has only been a few days but I guess I do spoil you guys with daily posts!! 😉 ha! I miss u too!
Seriously love your playlists. I was teaching a yoga class yesterday morning and turned to a Pandora station that played “Six Underground” by the Sneaker Pimps at the beginning of class. That totally took me back to the 90s… Have a great day!! 🙂
Seriously love you, Beth! So glad you are back 🙂 🙂
Can I ask what it means when you say Climb 5/6/7 then Climb 6/7/8? I’m new to teaching and just trying to get some ideas. THanks!
Yep so basically it’s just turning the tension up. 5 turns to the right, then get heavier as you go. And so on. Good luck with teaching!
