Short and sweet post today. I’ve been all about this lately. Learning to trust myself and my capabilities. To push past my doubts and test my limitations. To become FEARLESS. It’s definitely all a work in progress. But I am learning, finally…to trust my power.

Great quote!! To push past my doubts & test my limits, I actually entered the 2015 NYC Marathon sweepstakes! If by some miracle I get selected, you can bet I’ll be training/running my FIRST marathon next year! Two years ahead of my original plan… lol.

If I had to pick one word to describe you it would be STRONG! You are obviously so determined and dedicated to your love of health and fitness and this just shows that you want to take it even one step further by pushing past your mental limitations as well. I love it!
