6 a.m. RUNrise plus some strength work to kick things off for the day. I am loving getting up earlier for my runs lately to catch these peachy blue skies.
It has been a while since I’ve shared one of my post run concoctions with you! I love having smoothies after a tough workout especially in the summer time. This one is easy to blend and go.
Here’s what you need.
-1 handful of frozen pineapple chunks
-1 cup of coconut almond milk (I used Almond Breeze)
-1 scoop of your favorite protein (optional)
Mix it all up in your personal travel blender and serve! If you are looking for a great single serve blender I have to recommend this one. I have had it for years and it does not disappoint.
