What songs are on tap for your workouts this week?
I finally “Shazamed” songs from my top Zumba class, so I gotta a few that will go into the normal rotation and various training playlists. This song probably is old, but I’m really feeling RDX’s “Jump”
haha aw Zumba, reminds me of the days when I taught dance. How fun! Nothing wrong with old songs at all!! Boogie down!
I think there were a couple of studies, which concluded that people typically do not listen to new music after 33 (I kind of fit that bill). I don’t think those studies were peer reviewed, so findings may be nonfactual.
Hilarious!
I just added Thunder by Imagine Dragons!!
Fun!! Love Imagine Dragons!
