–3 key hill workouts that will improve your running. I don’t know about you but I kind of like hills and suffering on them? Call me a glutton for punishment. It just makes the run that much more rewarding when its over. Plus it makes you a stronger runner hands down. So DO THEM.
-Crazy clouds in the sky on my Monday morning run this week. Getting up early on a Monday for some miles, hashtag so worth it.
–36 websites that will change your life. I need to bookmark the ‘do nothing for 2 minutes’ one.
-A snazzy Yelp event outing this week to Cedars Social. This cheese board makes my soul happy.

We are attending the Wine and Jazz fest, so I’ll send a toast your way! Other than that, I’m racing a 5k. It’s my first 5k raced since August 5, and I’m interested to see what my time is!

Never!! I run too much for guilt!! 😉 I drink wine for my heart and the antioxidants anyways. LOL. Everything in moderation.
