Weekly Running Report.

Hi there and happy Monday to you! Hope your weekend was filled with great fun! I’m here to recap my running workouts from last week. Let’s get right on to it!

Monday AM- 8.22 solo miles in the a.m. Last week it was rather fall-like, weather wise. I was absolutely loving it! The change in daylight savings has really been working in my favor too, as a morning runner.

Monday PM- 4.15 miles before teaching spin. Since the time change of my class (from 5:45 to 6:30) it leaves me a little more time to get a warm up in. I park right at the gym, go for a quick jaunt and then head on over. Works out perfect.

Tuesday AM- 11.22 miles back with the run club crew. We have already seen a few early morning runners fall off the wagon. But there are still a dedicated few that like to link up with the group for some crack of dawn miles.

Tuesday PM- 4.03 miles with a few speedy strides thrown in. I always for some reason feel faster towards the middle of the work week. So I try to do my speedier stuff on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.

Wednesday AM- 8.25 super early hump day miles. I had a dentist appointment at 7 AM (ugh) so it had to be done. Feels good to get it out of the way though before the busy day.

Wednesday PM- 4.31 double day miles after the long work day. I got caught up on my fave pop culture podcast and just got it done.

Thursday AM- 10.26 miles with the run club. I had a flat tire that morning! HAHA. Gotta love being a grown up. Thankfully the tire store was right next door, it turned out that I needed 2 new front tires. So I got that done and felt all productive and ish.

Thursday PM- 2.22 warm up miles before gym with speedy sides thrown in again. It felt good to go faster after kind of a crazy start to the morning and then the long work day.

Friday- 8.12 miles, running on my rest day. I felt good this week so thought it would be a good week for a streak.

Saturday AM- 20.05 miles with the White Rock Running Co-Op. Great run with socializing and mimosas at the Taco Joint after.

Saturday PM- 4.22 evening miles before date night. Nice & easy sorta recovery run.

Sunday- 15.27 miles to hit my 100 for the week. Woo freakin’ hoo.
