Do you have a favorite holiday track for Spin class? Classic or something new?
Have a great week of classes!
I really love TLC’s Sleigh Ride for spin. I actually posted a few “Chelsea style” tracks that I’ve been using in class for both spinning and when I run. https://thedancingrunner.com/2017/12/06/a-christmas-run-playlist-and-brooks-running-promo-code-giveaway/ Cheers to you and happy spinning!!
Ahh, this just reminds me that I’ve been meaning to write a blog post (or more) about what I listen to during runs! I am obsessed with making playlists. I make them in Spotify and currently have 5, each with a different genre. I am also an old lady and so it’s mostly 80s and 90s stuff. Let’s see, three faves that never get old for me: “Run to You” by Bryan Adams (esp. the live version), “Smells Like Teen Spirit” by Nirvana, and “Venus” by Lady Gaga – okay, not all of them are oldies.
Very cool!! I love creating playlists mostly for when I teach classes but I also use most of these songs for running!! Thanks for visiting!
I need a song that will get a dog to run!!
haha…I’m sure Spotify has a playlist for exactly that!!
I really need to find it! The dog has ruined two runs now by turning around and heading home. For a little guy – he is extremely stubborn!
LOL!! I see!!
