Weekly Running Report.

Happy Monday to you!! It is officially 1 week left till Christmas. Have you gotten all of your shopping done yet? Lord knows I still have a lot to do. It is going to be a bit of a busy week!

Let’s backtrack a bit though and recap a bit of last week’s running. I was able to get in over 65 miles post Dallas Marathon!! Let’s see how it all went down.

Monday- 7.32 miles before teaching a class at the gym. It felt so good to get the legs moving again! Things were feeling a bit stiff after 26.2 but loosened up quickly.

Tuesday AM- 10.23 miles with the run club! We got an early start and got it in. Running weather last week was absolute perfection. Temps were in the 40s and 50s.

Tuesday PM- 3.03 miles, getting the legs moving after the long work day. I love me some double run days for sure.

Wednesday AM- 7.22 miles at lunch- running with the sunshine.

Wednesday PM- 4.12 evening miles with my neighbor. You can’t go wrong with running buds that basically live next door! Running friends are the best kinds of friends.

Thursday- 10.12 Irving Running Club miles. Love getting up early for a run with the promise of good coffee after.

Friday- REST DAY

Saturday- 15.35 miles before brunch and a holiday party with my trail running club. I also subbed a class at the gym on this day. Busy busy weekend. I even WON a free race entry to any race of my choice with TROT!! (Trail Running Over Texas if you are wondering what that stands for)

Trail runners know how to party.

Sunday- 8.22 miles in the afternoon. The weather was also perfection with good cloud cover.

And there you have it!

How was your weekend? Attend any fab holiday parties?!
