Hey there!! I don’t know about you but I am ecstatic that it is Friday!! I am ready for some fun free time and running with friends. Should be a good one!

Let’s get to this week’s faves!

The best daily GLUTE exercises for injury prevention. You would be surprised at how much DAT BOOTY affects your running! So make it a strong one!! I love the bridge pose.

These blankets. I need SEVERAL for my bedroom. They look oh so cute and cozy.

-Um, am I allowed to make MY OWN BLOG post my fave?! My Love Letter to Running. I got a ton of hits after linking it to my Facebook too. I guess I have to do that more often.

Kombucha sangria?! YASSSS…I feel like I really need to make this happen.
