TGIFriday Faves.

Hi there!! Happiest of Fridays to ya. Hope you have some fun in the sun planned. We had a bit of rain here but it cooled things down and this morning’s run was quite wonderful!! I don’t think I’ve run when temps were below 85 in quite a while. Welcome to Texas in the summertime.

Without further ado let’s get to this week’s faves!

The rising popularity of fasted running. I like the topic and find it interesting…personally I do this in the morning if I’m running 10 miles or less. Usually it is because I run out of time making myself things in the morning before I hit the door. But, I do think it has its benefits. Not for everyone though.

-I’ve been looking at a lot of bohemian and décor type of things on Pinterest. I need to figure out how to do the scarf ties like this. Love it.

Let’s be friends if we aren’t already on there by the way!!

This for my balcony. Does anyone have any good balcony décor tips? I need some lights up so I can have a summer evening party.

-My “Takin’ it Back to the Old School” playlist that I kind of made up yesterday. I ran with with is playlist this morning and it was so fun. Highly recommended.

Have a great Friday!!

What are you up to this weekend?

Running, yoga, lot of pool time. The summer usual.

  1. I’m baaaack! I lost my password and had such a difficult time resetting it. Tech problems I tell ya! I would suggest finding balcony ideas on IG. Some pretty decor tips with lights and outdoor furniture.
