TGIFriday Faves.

Hello and happiest of Fridays to ya! Hope you have some fun in store for the weekend. I’ve definitely got running, some tailgating and fun with friends on the agenda. But first let’s get to my faves from the week!

Post run sauna time this week at 24 Hour Fitness was much needed after slightly chilly morning runs. Seriously a great way to get rejuvenated after getting up crazy early. Love.

Have you guys heard about the EARNIN’ app? I am pretty sure this sounds like an ad but I promise you it is not. I personally think it is nice option to have every once in a while. Apparently you can cash out part of your paycheck BEFORE you get paid and they send it to you instantly? And then they just deduct whatever you cashed out, once you actually get paid. I can get on board with that.

8 running documentaries to get you inspired this winter. There are a couple on here that I actually haven’t seen. Love me some Spirit of the Marathon.

Back to wearing the straight hair for fall and winter and I’m actually loving that all of my summer highlights are gone! I think I’m going to keep the dark non chemical look for a while. My hair is actually totally au natural now, I don’t put any straighteners/keratin/Brazilian or craziness in it and it feels so good to have options. It’s super curly when I want to be and then I can just straighten it on a whim with a good quality flat iron and wear it however. I think I’ll be rocking it straight for a little while since the weather is cooler.

    I wish I could wear my straight more often. My hair will revert back from a silk press after a mild sweat.

    Have you see the Netflix movie Nappily Ever After? If not, you should check it out. It’s good!

    1. LOL. I wear my hair down a lot AFTER working out, not during. You are talking to someone who often works out 7 days a week. But yeah totally feel you my sister. That is why I love my curls and natural hair.

      Love me some Sanaa, and I do not have Netflix. Too busy running…I watch a lot of Youtube tho.
