TGIFriday Faves.

Happy Friday to ya! Hope you have a lovely weekend planned!! I started my morning with a long run. Fridays are quickly becoming my most favorite days to run long!! It puts a whole new energy into the day. Love love.

Oh and friendly reminder it is Daylight Savings this weekend!! So set your clocks to SPRING UP for Sunday. Haha…I mean in this day and age we all have cell phones and gadgets that change themselves. But hey, just in case.

Let’s get to this week’s faves!

Use these 5 simple workouts to get faster for spring training! Yaaas to hill repeats!! Oh, and a 20 minute tempo sounds interesting. I will have to look into that.

Lululemon’s Mist Over Windbreaker. NEED. OMG…and that pocket in the back?! Double need.

Bagels and Lox EGG-WICHES?! Why on earth have I never thought of this. Genius. Good party treat.

-And this. Oh so true. MOOD.

  1. OMG I eat hard boiled eggs every day and never thought to make SANDWICHES WITH THEM! My weekend has a crazy long run Sunday: 19 miles followed by 30 minutes at marathon pace. 🙂
