HAPPY GOOD Friday!! I got a long run in this morning and I am feeling all of the good feels and endorphin rush feelings. It seriously is amazing how a long run changes your entire outlook on life. I have been in a cloud of weirdness all week. Mood wise. Anyone else? Anyway that is over now all because I ran long. Maybe that is why I am an ultra runner. I like that endorphin rush and want to feel it basically all the time. YAAAS.
I also thought the above Eva the diva from RHOA gif would be fitting there. I just love her also.
Also I am getting oh so excited for the Hachie 50 miler! My 5th 50 mile race is in 2 weeks. Countdown is on!!
Anyway, today is a day for my Friday faves! Let’s get right to it.
–Practicing bravery in my sneakers. Love Sabrina Little. She is for sure my ultra runner girl running inspiration.
–6 life lessons from the pioneers of women running. Breaking the rules is my jam.
–Although my birthday is still a week away (1 WEEK exactly!) I am getting all of these random freebie foodie emails. Don’t you just love that?
–Pretty blooms at the end of my 15 mile route this morning. Definitely the icing on my long run cake.
