–Oh my goodness you guys I just discovered the most amazing chai from WAL-MART of all places. It is freaking delicious and I have been making DIRTY CHAIS for my morning sip every day. Quite heavenly.
–And a whole heck of a lot cheaper than Starbucks.
–I feel like I’ve had a bit of spring fever (?) – can I still say that since it is almost summer? as of late. I mean I’m still knocking out work and being productive but I tell ya what it sure is hard when you look out your window at 3 PM and want to be at the dang pool. Ohhhh goodness cannot wait until the weekend.
–I mean seriously guys check out this forecast the next few days. Can we say bikinis all weekend and drinks with umbrellas in them? Thank you.
–I have some long running planned (of course) and then a whole lot of relaxation and laziness. Just how it should be.
-As far as Saturday morning goes I love starting my weekends with a long run with friends. My running group is actually the best. Plus, RUN MY HOOD is fast approaching. Which means pool hopping and running in different friends neighborhoods. Can you think of a more fun way to do life every weekend? I simply cannot.
–Who is grilling this weekend? Send me a plate in the mail. You can put it on dry ice or something, I think…

I’m making sangria for a bbq, so I’ll send you cup. The sangria, which is known as KOS’ summer punch, is best consumed in a red solo cup. Oh by sangria, I mean fruit mixed with wine, vodka, gin, and rum and orange seltzer water.
