Hello and happy Friday! I definitely kicked things off in a grand fashion this morning with this lovely RUNrise. It was a great run indeed.

Long Friday miles- always better with friends.

Let’s get to some of my favorite things from this week!

My new meditation app! I absolutely love listening to some Headspace before bed. It’s good stuff. Plus, it reminds me to start getting ready for bed at a certain time of night. I kind of like that…unless I am on a date or happy hour or something. Ha.

Finding a gift card to the HAIRSTYLIST in my purse the other day! That I completely forgot about. So you know where I am headed this weekend. After running, of course.

How much do you need to hydrate to go the distance? Good tips here.

  1. Sometimes forgetting things can be very useful indeed! I once forgot 20 euros in my trouser pocket only to find them as I came across the local ice cream shop:) It had been washed and dried multiple times but the lady behind the glass could still recognize the note – it was delicious:)
