Happy Friday to ya!! I was able to get in some pretty solid miles this morning although once again the HUMIDITY was so super intense. For those of you living under a rock we have a tropical depression/storm situation down in Texas so we are feeling the effects of that. Dallas is pretty far inland so we aren’t getting hit as bad as Houston or the gulf. But the cooler breeze made things little better.
Let’s get to this week’s faves!
–All of the pumpkin things. I won’t stop talking about this until at least November so just deal with it. Yes, pumpkin cider for the win.
–4 nutritional power players for healthy runners. Come to think of it I’ve been craving blueberries lately. Gotta stock up on those.
–Sauna time is back. My favorite thing lately is putting on my recovery sandals after a run and popping on in the sauna. Love.
