Weekly Running Report.

Hey there! It is time to recap some miles from last week! It was a great week of running and I was able to get in 63.7 miles. Feeling good, feeling great. Let’s see how it all went down!

Monday- 5.22 sunset miles. It was quite warm and humid all week last week but it felt good to run after a stressful day. I can see how some runners like to run after work mainly just to unwind. Mostly I am a morning runner if I am not doing a double day but I definitely can appreciate some good evening miles for sure. This run was more of a recovery run after putting in lots of miles over the weekend.

Tuesday AM- 8.32 miles in the AM with the run club. Threw in some rolling hills which was lovely. Nothing like attacking those hills early in the morning before the world wakes up.

Tuesday PM- 2.22 miles after teaching spin cycle. Doing some people watching. Over 10.5 miles total for double run day.

Wednesday- 7.12 miles with sunshine and shade. I ran later in the morning when the temps were about 90 degrees at the finish. I pushed it in the heat which felt good and a good detox.

Thursday AM- 7.31 peaceful miles. Faster finish with strides at the end.

Thursday PM- 3.32 miles after teaching class at gym.

Friday- 10.12 miles. Felt awesome on a Friday and there was a cool-ish breeze in the air which I very much enjoyed.

Saturday- 20.12 miles back with the run club. It always feels good to get in a long run with friends. Kicking off the weekend right.

Sunday- REST DAY. And an abundance of sushi. Much needed.

And there you have it!!

Plus, I am happy to report I ended September with a grand total of 263 miles. Good stuff.
