Hey there and happy Monday! Hope you have a productive and fun week ahead. I’m here to recap last week’s miles! I was able to get in a little over 60 miles total last week. It has been a great time to slowly get my miles back up as I train for my next ultra!
Let’s see how it all went down.
Monday- 5.32 miles in the evening, doing some people watching and enjoying the sunset. Nice recovery miles for sure.
Tuesday AM- 4.22 miles at lunch time when the sun finally came out to play. I’m loving lunch runs as of late. It’s nice to shake things up and change the ho hum routine.
Tuesday PM- A little 2.23 mile cool down after teaching a class at the gym.
Wednesday AM- 5.32 miles in the morning getting the day cranked up. Picked up the pace a bit towards the end.
Wednesday PM- Double run day miles. 3.23 miles in the rain was quite peaceful.
Thursday AM- 7.32 miles with the breakfast run club. Felt good to be back with the crew at zero dark thirty. Did a few hills for good measure.
Thursday PM- Cool down after teaching spin. 3.03 miles to get in over 10.3 for the day.
Friday- 5.12 miles on a fun Friday. Nice progression miles.
Saturday- 16.38 miles getting it in. Started early and then linked up with the fun crew. Long run Saturdays are the best.
Sunday- 8.03 miles on Sunday funday runday. With mimosas immediately after.
Plus I celebrated my dear friend, Jenna’s 30th birthday! She’s an awesome blogger and real life friend! Go over there and give her some well wishes.

I’m going to run my 50 miler first then get back to ya. I keep getting distracted by ultras.
