Weekly Running Report.

Hi there and happy Monday! Hope you all are staying safe and staying well. I got out for some miles this morning and it was absolutely lovely on a Monday. Cloudy, cooler overcast and breezy! I tell ya these runs are doing wonders for my mood.
Let’s get straight to the miles from last week!
Monday- Rest day / spring cleaning day. I think one thing I’ve been loving about being home all the time (aside from my essential job) is taking more time to tend to the home needs. Actually can we just take the time to address how amazing homemade baked lemon pepper wings are?! Loving these bad boys for sure.
Tuesday AM- Morning run 5.12 miles with an amazing sky.
Tuesday PM- 5.22 miles just trying to social distance myself from 3 million people outdoors and their doggies. I think it was pretty successful.
Wednesday AM- 4.31 mies feeling a little faster on this day. It’s been a little more humid lately with the spring temps but lovely for running. Gotta get back acclimated to that Texas humidity though.
Wednesday PM- 4.13 miles – slowly getting back to double run day miles. Feels so good honestly to start and end your day with solid miles. If I do say so myself.
Thursday AM- Relaxed  6.32 mile run before working. Hello pretty view.
Thursday PM- 3.22 rainy cloudy miles. For some reason legs felt a tad tired on this day but always good to keep the momentum going.
Friday- 4.12 lunch faster lunch miles before a short Texas downpour for the win.
Saturday- 10.22 miles before more spring cleaning. Loved the early cooler breeze and drizzle. This is the day I wore my favorite hoodie cuz the temp randomly dropped into the 40s before going back up again.
Sunday- Rest day and a glass of vino for the win.
Plus 213 miles and 36 hours of running in March. 708.6 total so far for the year! I am getting there. Woohoo. Let’s keep this party going. Happy April.
And there you have it!
How are ya’ll holding up? What delicious things have you been making in the kitchen lately?
