Weekly Running Report.

Hi there! Happy Monday. Hope all is well in your world and you are surviving this quarantine life! Let’s get to some weekly miles, shall we? I’ve been ramping my miles back up slowly but surely. Just for fun really. And just getting used to all of the solo runs but they have been oh so therapeutic to the body mind and soul! And the weather down in Texas has been absolutely everything! Yay for that.

Monday AM- 5.23 relaxed miles getting it in and loving the spring time cool breeze in the mornings. Mornings are definitely more chill with less outdoor foot traffic so I’ve been trying to squeeze in morning miles as much as possible.

Monday PM- Loving the double run day miles as it is keeping the stress level down. 3.32 miles with a peaceful trail view.

Tuesday AM- 4.22 miles in the morning with a glorious sunrise. I didn’t have much time to squeeze this one in before the busy work day but it for sure got done.

Tuesday PM- 3.33 faster miles and the legs felt more fresh on this day. Lately I’ve been enjoying these quick runs since my work schedule is so busy but the double run days do help the miles add up quickly. Loving that.

Wednesday- 7.22 miles since I had more time in the morning to get it in. Loved this backdrop of a lovely sky.

Thursday AM- 4.21 relaxed miles with lots of pretty blooms.

Thursday PM- 3.32 miles after work, feeling a little faster with a faster finish.

Friday AM- 5.21 miles on Good Friday! Feeling good feeling great.

Friday PM- 4.13 evening miles. I actually was not going to run that evening but decided to just bite the bullet and get it done. I was dead set on hitting numbers this week.

Saturday- Got in a shorter run in the hood. 5.31 miles with a view.

Sunday- 5.11 miles on Sunday funday runday. Watched some church online and also did a few ZOOM calls with friends. Sunday was actually amazing weather too.

And there you have it! Run streak week.

Share some tidbits of your weekend with me!
