Hey there and happy Monday! Hope you were able to do some fun things over the weekend like make yourself a “quarantini” or something. I actually need to add making that drink to my list. Send recipes when you can.
Let’s get to the miles from last week, shall we?
Monday- 5.32 sunset miles. Much needed running after the busy work day.
Tuesday AM- 5.21 sunrise miles just getting in those miles for breakfast.
Tuesday PM- Double run day miles, 3.22 miles with some lovely spring blooms.
Wednesday- 7.12 miles – I was able to sleep in a bit and then do this run a little later in the day. Trying to get back acclimated to heat and lots of springtime humidity.
Thursday AM- 4.23 miles, nice progression miles to start the day.
Thursday PM- 5.12 double run day miles, running on some tired legs but got it done.
Friday- 4.12 miles at lunch time to do a bit of de-stressing.
Saturday- 6.32 miles and breakfast tacos for the win. Yes, eggs and chorizo makes my soul smile.
Sunday- REST DAY. Feeling good, feeling oh so great.

Running 3x/week, riding my bike, cooking, baking, cleaning/purging. Unable to concentrate on reading books. Re-watching great movies.
Awesome! haha yeah reading books has never truly been my strong suit 🙂 I’m a little too A.D.D. as of late!
Those breakfast tacos look magical. I could eat those for every meal.
