Weekly Running Report.

Happy Monday to ya! Hope everyone is all well and good. I’m here to recap some miles from last week! I took the miles down a bit just to mix it up and allow for some more active recovery. Let’s see how it all went down!

Monday- Rest day while doing some active recovery. Pigeon pose yoga move is kind of my jam right now. I also was house/cat sitting for a friend of mine so the week was quite busy on the personal side. It was nice to run from a different location though. Sometimes that is all you need to change it up.

Tuesday AM- Back at it on a Tuesday. I was strapped for time in the morning so I did 4.21 miles watching a glorious sky.

Tuesday PM- 3.32 miles on double run day. Just a quick out and back watching the sunset.

Wednesday- Changed things a bit and ran in the night. 5.12 miles enjoying the scenery and unwinding after work. The humidity was once again intense but I think Im finally getting acclimated to the summer running.

Thursday AM- 7.02 miles in the morning with the breakfast run club. This is always my most favorite run of the week. I get it done super early and get some good hill climbing in too.

Thursday PM- Double run day miles. Quick 2.38 jaunt around the block to get in a little over a 15k in for the day.

Friday- 3.02 mies at lunch. Love my RUNch getaways.

Saturday- 10.02 miles to the tune of this incredible sunrise.

Sunday- Rest day. Plus pool time.

And there you have it! Making room to build back up a bit this week.

How was your weekend? Get any pool time in?
