Hey there and happy new week! I’m here to recap last week’s miles. I am in a bit of maintenance mode with everything while I gear back up to start teaching (hooray for that!) classes at the gym and such. Gotta love new opportunities and side hustles!
I actually just accepted a NEW gig at a NEW gym teaching spin (!!) so I’m so thrilled about that. More to come on that!
Let’s get to this week’s faves!
Monday- 4.23 relaxed evening miles watching the sunset. After work miles to de-stress. Love that.
Tuesday AM- 7.02 miles early morning with a great buddy. We had an incredible sunrise too. Probably one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen as of late.
Tuesday PM- Double run day miles for the win. 3.02 miles and just over 10 miles for the day.
Wednesday AM- 5.1 miles around the lake. Morning miles have been so pleasant lately! And we’ve had incredible early morning weather. Ran this one with my buddy too.
Wednesday PM- 3.02 after work miles. Quite dark in the evenings but much needed solo time.
Thursday AM- 7.12 miles with the breakfast club! 5 AM comes at you fast. But it’s nice getting these miles in before you even feel awake.
Thursday PM- Didn’t have too much time for double run day but got in what I could. 2.22 miles out and back.
Friday- 8.31 relaxed miles watching the fail foliage. A few hills thrown in for good measure.
Saturday- REST DAY. I know. Who am I even? I did a mini road trip with a friend so I switched my days on the weekend. It was nice to shake up the routine a bit.
Sunday- 7.12 miles and legs felt good after taking Saturday off! Me and my morning run bud attacked those hills too.
And there you have it! Over 47 miles for the week, without a long run. Love love love.
