Random Thoughts Thursday.

Ya’ll I seriously love adore this time of year for running super EARLY in the morning. Thanks Texas for your mild temps this time of year. This was this morning’s view. It was so peaceful even though it was mostly solo. I guess I need more friends that like to get up early like I do.

Temps will be in the freaking 70s today. That is patio weather for sure. This morning it was in the low 40s.

Solo runs lately have been my jam. I think every now and again you need to run alone like that to strengthen you mentally? I need to up my game when it comes to my mental stamina.

I just realized I did not even do my Weekly Running Report from last week’s miles! Well here is a mini summary if you missed it. Feeling good, feeling great. Maintaining a somewhat solid base.

I had to take some time off from running this week due to an instructor training that kicked my a$$. I mean I felt like I was handicapped most of the week. Lots of strength movements. Slowly coming back to life now.

My training for a certain cycle format for my new gym starts tomorrow!! Pretty soon I will be on the schedule and I will be updating things on here as far as that goes. I can’t freaking wait to be back in the saddle.

I’m back on my water guzzling game too. I got this bottle as a gift on my birthday a while ago and really hadn’t been taking advantage of it. It has the hourly times to keep the happy hour going all day so that keeps me motivated.

Share some randomness with me about your week!
