Weekly Running Report.

Happy new week! Can you believe we are all the way into mid-March already? I am loving the Texas sunshine lately. Sometimes sunlight can be therapeutic, yes?! So glad I live in a state where the weather is fairly mild this time of year. Yep, bye bye frigid temps. Won’t miss ya.

Let’s recap some miles from last week’s run streak!

Monday- 6.33 early morning pretty miles before the work day. It felt so good to get this one in early especially since I had to teach spin cycle later in the day. Got the legs revived and ready to go.

Tuesday- 5.21 after work miles for the win. Nice little fast finish in the hood.

Wednesday- 6.02 miles in the AM to the tune of the glorious sunrise around the lake.

Thursday AM- 7.12 miles when I super was not feeling it haha. It was cloudy and humid but I as just not into it until I started running and actually turned out to be a great run. Added some hills in for breakfast.

Thursday PM- Double run day miles! 3.03 miles after work to hit over 10.1 miles for the day.

Friday- 5.03 miles in the AM. Anther humid cloudy sky but nice and breezy on the lake.

Saturday- Long run fun with my run club! 15.15 miles with some solid climbing. And a serene sky.

Sunday- 3.23 miles to get my numbers in for the week. Plus a delicious ceviche. Quite the tasty part of my week.

And there you have it! Just a little ramp back up week from the prior week.

How was your weekend? Did you have any delicious dishes?

  1. No running, but I had a great weekend.
Saturday I spent about an hour doing yard work which really felt great.
I also managed to update one of my most popular blog posts, which I haven’t touched in a long time.
On Sunday we had a bit of a family get together. Even with masks and some distancing it was still a lot of fun!
I hope I’m not getting used to not running!!!
