TGIFriday Faves.

Happiest of Fridays to you! Hope you have a fun sunshine-y weekend in store. It is finally cooling off a bit down in Texas! I ran some relaxed sunrise miles (my legs were super tired from a busy day of teaching at the gym yesterday) but it felt good to get the kinks out.

Let’s get straight to my favorites from this week!

Classic running books to delve into. Of course Born to Run is a classic one – Let Your Mind Run is one that is on the list. I love everything affiliated with athletes and the power of the mind.

Loving this spaghetti squash recipe. And SO VERY HAPPY that squash in general is back in season! I literally could eat squash in the fall and winter every single day.

A dermatologist’s hack for instantly hydrated skin. I’m all about having that GLOW especially in the winter time.

My favorite coffee mug at my desk today.

Guess what else is back!? CANDY CORN. No candy corn slander will be allowed on this here blog. Thank you.
