Hi, hey, hello and happiest of Fridays to ya! It is a balmy sunny day in Dallas (temps are soaring to close to the 80s today). Hey…feels like springtime in February. I will take it.
I got my morning started with some lovely miles around the lake. It felt good to be moving faster and feeling stronger after taking the miles down a bit. Fresh legs equals happy runner Chelsea.

–My love for kettlebells has returned! Hmm…I think I’ll be sharing some of my favorite kettlebell workouts with ya’ll soon and very soon.
–This smoothie recipe is inspired by some of the longest living people in the planet. Sip sip hooray…and enjoy.
