TGIFriday Faves.

Happy Friday to ya! I got my day started with a (very chilly) RUNrise. To the tune of 20 something degrees!! Thankfully highs are in the 60s today, but we’ve had some very chilly rainy mornings…welcome to Texas in February, y’all. Up and down and up and down. Just like I like it.

This patio weather does look quite promising for the weekend, though.

Let’s get to this week’s faves!

Aromatherapy lavender mist. Yes, still on that lavender kick. As of late with increasing demands at work I’ve needed a little de-stress scent for my desk and this one is perfect when I just need a boost. It’s funny because I think lavender is supposed to make you sleepy (?) but it brings me a lot of energy.

3 classic track workouts for runners. I am a big fan of 800s – I’ve actually been incorporating that a bit into my treadmill workouts so I am loving it.

My two fave vitamins of the week. Actually this is a daily thing for me but B12 and D3 are my absolute jam. Keeps my head clear when I need to write ALL OF THE THINGS for our live show. Hashtag TV producer life. It is a fun life, and one I do not talk a lot about on this here blog-o-thing. But it is a big part of who I am. (Say WHAT, you don’t GET PAID to run ultras??!) hahaha. Maybe one day I’ll have to make it a topic of conversation.

This sweet potato soup is great for immunity and glowing skin. Ahh…something I do not eat enough of. I actually need to get these back in my grocery basket soon and very soon.

Team ‘sangria hair’ in the wintertime. I always get so many compliments when my hair is this color. Love switching it up.

And there you have it! Have a wonderful weekend. Be good or be good at it.

What’s on tap for your weekend!? Have you ever dyed your hair a different color?
