It is a FRIDAY FEELING kind of vibe around here!! Big morning run energy has been happening around these parts all week long and I am here for it! Check out this lovely Friday sky.
I was up at zero dark thirty this morning for a killer workout with Outlaw Fit Camp.
These folks were freaking hardcore and so much dang fun soooo dang early in the A.M.!! I got a good pump and then took it outside and found me new route to run. Thanks Class Pass for hipping me to the game finding all of these awesome studios and body shocking workouts!! Your girl is keeping it spicy over here, and actually seeing real results. That’s the name of the game.
All of this studio hopping is leaving me pretty spent at the end of the week though. But it’s a happy tired…content…the best kind.
Going home and then immediately going to sleep and getting a solid 7-8 hours.
And then I pop my lashes on in the morning and all is good in the world of Chelsea.
