This has been quite the WEEK! Between moving into a brand new apartment in a new neighborhood, teaching classes at the gym and my career job…things are a bit all over the place. But, still making it do what it do. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Busy times in the life of Chelsea.
I have had time to slow down a bit and enjoy my surroundings though. View from my backyard.
I know most of my readers are used to consistency with my posts…but LIFE happens, ya know? Next week we will be back with the routine and a hot new spin cycle playlist for my instructors. Or…you can always check out my Spotify since I pretty much am updating over there on the daily.
I genuinely do not know how that many people find me on that little corner of the internet. But I am here for it.
Lately I’ve also been keeping it spicy with lotsa fun workouts mixed in with running. My latest Class Pass discovery – Row House! Yes, I used to be a rowing queen back in the day. So fun having great fitness studios and classes in your neighborhood.
Also keeping my life stress / major transition crazies at bay – Lavender tea. And hot yoga. Working my way back up to be able to do my favorite pose and hold it for an eternity.
