I got my AM started with an oh so lovely heated Hatha flow!! After a long week of running, working, rowing and spin cycling I surely needed it. It felt real good to hold poses longer and I also feel like I am getting a lot stronger.
I’ll soon be back to doing this dancer’s pose like a freaking boss.
