TGIF, happy Friday and all that jazz! I hope all is well in your world. If you’re anything like me you still have a ton of Christmas shopping to do…YES?! Well I am definitely looking forward to that this weekend…as well as running, brunching and teaching spin class!
Let’s get straight to this week’s faves!
–Checking out a new to me fitness studio in the morning! Body Machine Fitness…I know some of my peeps are familiar but it was my first time checking it out for their lifting + running circuit. It was like a freaking nightclub up in there. I was sweating within the first 5 minutes and was dripping sweat after 45 minutes. Love when all of that happens in under 1 hour. Efficiency baby.
–Tips for a positive post-season retrospective. Love THIS, especially for my fellow runners who don’t have much of an outlet…besides running. And WHEW CHILE….that comparison trap never gets easier does it? Especially when you are just glued to social media, and (marathon) runners love to OCD style talk about miles.
I know…I used to be that runner. Yikes. HAHA. Thank you for bearing with me.
This…is so freaking spot on. Put in on your wall at work if you need a reminder at times.
–(Randomly) making these stuffed shells for dinner! Lately I’m back in the kitchen with my chef Chelsea kick. These spinach and ricotta stuffed ones were absolutely incredible. Really a nice comfort dish to make for your family during the holidays.
