TGIF and happy Friday to ya! Hope you guys have had a marvelous week. I know I haven’t been checking in as much but your girl is still around. Just teaching classes at the gym, running, hydrating and doing some behind the scenes TV things. Gotta love that hustle bachelorette life.

Let’s get to my faves from this week!

Spruce up your speedwork routine with this ladder track workout!! Love the beginner/intermediate/advanced break down.

This is why that morning stretch feels so good. Intentional movement like my yoga + run sesh this morning. Happy bliss.

How much do you really need to hydrate during winter workouts? I know at times I always need a reminder.

I have really been digging cooking in the air fryer so I have my eyes on this salmon. YES.

Texas bluebonnets making their way on into the atmosphere! Oh yes…spring time is just oh so close I can just TASTE IT.
